With close to 4 years of on-hand working experience, the head of innovations, Eric has nothing but quality to deliver. He performs with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs on every work.
Our Head of Innovations manages and attains customer expectations and ensures delivery and fulfill expectations.
Eric ensures Support of best practices. This involves scouting and standardizing market research methods for novel ideas and insights; strategic innovation; promoting open innovation; and introducing group tools and processes that encourage creative thinking.
He Supports business units in new product and service initiatives, always “raising the bar” of the aspirations of our customers.
He is always in search of identifying new market spaces. This includes analyzing trends and market disruptions and searching for emerging new market opportunities
If you have a problem generating ideas, Eric is your man.  He ensures Setting up and running of ideas generation platforms and formats like jam sessions, hackathons, and internal or external crowd sourcing for the benefit of our customers.

KATABA ROWLAND EBENEZER

The CEO of code city Imaginations is a young man with an eye for a difference. He carries the vision of CodeCiti Imaginations.

As CEO he determines and communicates the organization’s strategic direction.

Rowland makes a beautiful display of balancing our resources -- the two most important ones being capital and people. He makes both available in the proper quantities and at the right time for the company.
He has built a culture of excellence within the CodeCiti Imaginations family. He effectively builds and leads the senior executive team. Rowland ensures effective Allocation of capital to the company’s priorities.

He is constantly evaluating the success of the organization, which is  making sure our customers are satisfied.

 

CEO

CHRIATIAN SARFO AGYAPONG

Our marketing manager, Chris as we all call him places a premium on quality and timeliness. He interprets our business strategy and determines innovative solutions to our clientage. Chris Manages and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipelines assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.
He has extensive knowledge on design, research, and analysis and suggests new marketing concepts as well as strategies to our clientage to help them reach out to a larger more specific populace.
You can on a constant weekly basis find our marketing manger asking 6 questions on every minute detail regarding our work.
Where are we now?  What do you want to achieve? How are you going to get there? What are the details of the strategy? Who is going to do what, and by when? How are you going to measure success?

As our marketing manager he is in charge of developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. He co-coordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities whiles overseeing the company’s marketing budget. He also plans and implements promotional campaigns. He constantly Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications.
He makes sure we have a wide range of different marketing materials. He ensures effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
 

MARKETING MANAGER

EMMANUEL BONNEY

Our manger, kwaku is always on the necks of everyone, simply because mediocrity is not found in his dictionary.  He goes all out, to ensure customer satisfaction.
He ensures a high-performance atmosphere at the work place. He is key in Contributing and influencing strategic direction for our clientage using informal and formal communication.
Within CodeCiti Emma has developed strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.
He accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress and making mid-course corrections.
He is keen on Building the company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employee and enforcing ethical business practices. He maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
